The Loewe brand, an authority on luxury leather goods, has launched sneakers from the hands of the irreverent Johnathan Anderson that are making people talk.

Inspired by the travelling woman, the footwear refers to Mexican pointed boots, highly curved boots worn by men in North-Central Mexico. Loewe’s version was very elf-style, the colours were bold, and the price was quite steep around 425 pounds.

In the luxury windows of LondonoLondonn, it is already possible to come across the new model. Will this trend catch on?
